Pick up at Store
If you want to avoid shipping costs you can pick up your order for free at the store. Please contact us via email: info@nalumexico.com. At check out you must choose the "pick up at store" option, your order will be ready in 2 to 3 working days. We will send you an email with pick up instructions once the order is ready.
Changes or Returns
To request a change or return contact us via email : info@nalumexico.com
We accept returns the first 10 days after you received your order if the product is still in perfect conditions and without use, with the tags still on. We will make a refund discounting the shipping cost.
If you receive a damaged product send us an email as soon as possible to info@nalumexico.with a picture of the damaged product and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem.
